How long does it take to get my order?
We ship your order with UPS or USPS:
- Ground shipping usually takes 5–8 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (Mon-Fri)
Please note that these shipping times might vary depending on higher than expected amount of customer purchases or current global events.
Once your order is ready to be picked up by the carrier, we will send you all relevant tracking information to your indicated email address.
Does the BAT TRAC need to be attached to a helmet?
Yes
Does it fit on any helmet?
Bat Trac is continually tested on all major helmet brands and sizes. If you have an off-brand helmet, send an inquiry to customerservice@battrac.com with the size and make of your helmet, and we will confirm if it fits
Does the BAT TRAC come in different sizes?
It comes in one size fits all
Is there a different product for baseball and softball?
The BAT TRAC is the same product for both sports
How long until I see results from using the BAT TRAC?
This will depend on your current level of experience and what you are trying to accomplish. Learning new motor patterns (ingraining new muscle memory), is not an easy task. We encourage you to use the BAT TRAC with ALL of your hitting workouts and drills. Especially live pitching. The more you use the BAT TRAC, the better your swing will become
The BAT TRAC feels restrictive to me; is that normal?
The Bat Trac is designed to allow hitters some degrees of freedom, but ultimately, the more movement you create when hitting, the more movement you need to manage, which can lead to swing and timing issues. Learn to swing within the confines of the Bat Trac, and you will develop a quicker, more powerful swing
Do I need a hitting instructor or coach to use the BAT TRAC?
No, you can just swing with the BAT TRAC, and you will eliminate many hitting flaws and become a better hitter. That is the beauty of the BAT TRAC, you don’t necessarily need instruction all the time. Just hit with it all the time you are training.
Can you hit real balls? Can you hit live pitching?
Yes
Can you use it during games?
The BAT TRAC was not made for game play.
How do I change/cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

Do you accept purchase orders?

What is your return policy?
You may return any new, unused item for a refund (refund excludes outbound and return
shipping charges). Simply return the item with all product tags and the original product
packaging within 15 days of delivery.

to receive return instructions. We will credit your original payment method for the product purchase price within 48 hours of receipt of your return. The customer is responsible for the original outbound shipping cost, and the return shipping fee.
What is your product warranty?
We have a 60-day limited warranty.
How do I order as a tax exempt organization?
All orders placed in the U.S. are subject to sales tax. BAT TRAC charges sales tax according
to the ship-to location. To remove the tax from your order, you will need to provide us with a
Resale or Sales and Use Tax Exemption certificate from the state to which your product will be
shipped before you place an order.
Letters from the IRS exempting you from Federal Income Tax do not qualify as Sales and Use
Tax Exemption certificate.
BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
Email customerservice@battrac.com with your Sales Tax Exempt certificate. You will receive an
email verification confirming your exempt status. Your shopping cart will reflect zero for the
sales tax.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the shipping address for you. Just send us a message with your order number and the correct address to customerservice@battrac.com
